ServiceNOW is a cloud computing platform that helps companies like AvidXchange manage digital workflows and enterprise operations. In a nutshell, all IT requests are managed, tracked and completed through the ServiceNOW AvidXchange portal. The IT team reached out to the UX team to help out with a quick redesign of the internal portal website that all AvidXchange employees access.
Employee Satisfaction has increased to 9.7% since the redesign and re-launch from a previous 5.3%.
